If it is due to a fungal infection, it may need specific creams to make it go away. Over-the-counter creams, though helpful, see a doctor.

Your rash : has now become infected and need to be treated with antibiotics topically and or orally . Please stop the steroid creams for now and go see your doctor for treatment before it gets worse.

i have a no pain lipoma on my outter thigh. i have had 15+ years. it gets extremely itchy rash the last 2 yrs until the skin bleeds. is it normal?

Tinea cruris?: You may be describing Tinea or fungal (yeast) infection. Ask your dermatologist to do a quick KOH smear for microscopic dx. Otherwise,   try "Lotrimine" or similar over the counter anifungal cream for a week

Possibly fungal: Hydrocortisone cream1%, OTC , use minimal dose, in addition to clotrimazole OTC cream, use both twice a day for few days, if nk improvement, stop till you see your doctor

i seem to have an itchy rash by my gential area. it is by my bikini line, top of my inner thigh going towards the back inbetween my buttocks. it is extremely itchy and flares up when i sratch it. the skin has become flaky and scab like eczema ?
