Infection?: &quot;Blister&quot; normally means superficial, filled with clear fluid. I can&#x27;t explain something like that. Maybe allergy? But if these are deeper bumps that drain pus, sometimes with blood, then you may be having recurrent staph or strep infections. Or maybe a chronic problem called hidradenitis suppurativa. See a doctor, preferably a dermatologist or infectious diseases specialist. Good luck!

The : The rash may require a scraping, or possibly a biopsy to determine the proper diagnosis. A true blistering rash in the groin could be a contact dermatitis to something touching the skin, or a primary blistering disorder such as bullous pemphigoid.  A dermatologistg could do such tests, with immunofluorescence stains, to find a diagnosis, then appropriate treatment recommended.

Mnay: First time around you may get systemic symptoms of fever, chills, malaise, an outbreak of numerous blister-like lesions on the genetalia which will rupture and leave very tender and painful ulcers which may last as long as 10-14days.  The female genetalia may become swollen and tender to the point that she cannot walk.  The man can develop severe swelling which may partially impede free urination.

Shingles: It sounds like a Picture of Shingles. Shingles is a viral disease --the adult chicken pox. It is due to varicella Zoster viral infection. Shingles is usually localized to one dermatome. antivirals like Acyclovir usually help.
