Stop worrying: ESR is a famously unreliable test, useful only when it's quite far from the reference range and in a few clinical settings. If Junior seems well, I wouldn't even have ordered it. If this was my own son, I wouldn't give this a second thought. Junior's lucky to have caring parents like you.

having the ANA high and sed rate high, this could happen in many diseases, being young i would consider  jra, but jra usually the joints will swollen and stiff and involve more than few joints.
Dose the patient have any other symptoms? Is he healthy otherwise? Dose patient have a recent vaccinations? Let me know.

More than one issue: Simple ovarian cysts should not cause backache. Low ferritin represents iron deficiency and you may have low blood count.  High ESR is usually associated with inflammation, infectious or non-infectious.  You have enough symptoms to warrant a consultation with a physician.

Likely normal: Esr - or erythrocyte sedimentation rate - is a rought determination of overall inflammation (reflected by the number of proteins in the serum). The higher the number, the longer it takes for a rbc to settle, the higher your "inflammation" is. As a rule of thumb, though, an individual's ESR should roughly equal his or her age. Hence, if you are 63, ESR would need to be >63 to be concerning.

Infertility: The ESR is not in any way diagnostic of any specific medical condition.  There are at least a dozen physical and chemical processes involved in getting pregnant. All of them need to be tested by an infertility specialist before determining what is causing your inability to conceive.

Non specific: NO one test can detect cancer few tests that are suggestive are PSA AFP  B- HCG 
CEA and Ca 125 non specific test

Asthma: Asthma and coughing are definitely linked and the cough will improve once the asthma is controlled. High WBC may indicate an infection but can also increase with oral steroids. High ESR is non specific and may not be related.

Ringworm : ringworm doesn't cause high ESR. There should be another reason for it. For ringworm, try anti fungal like flucanazol locally and bath with heads and shoulders shampoo
