when i use my cordless phone for a couple of hours, i break out in a pimple rash behind the ear. i put it on my hair and not the skin. heat rash?

Rash: I have seen and read about cases of reactions to using cell phones. If you see a direct relation between the use and the rash, then yes, there is likely a connection and you might want to try a different phone or earpiece.

my baby's eyes get pink. my mom asked me to drop mother milk on them? is it safe? is it used for ear pain, heat rash...?

I wouldn't: There are a number of parenting practices passed down through generations that have no value, including this one.Breast milk is a good feed, that's it. It is amazing that so many of us survived these interesting practices.

Rash: any rash on the head of the penis is usually from some kind of inflammation, moisture or infection.  You should see your doctor

Cyst: The pea-sized bump is probably a hair follicle cyst called an epidermal or pilar cyst. The redness or heat rash worries me in that the cyst ruptured and the skin around it is now getting infected. You may need to see a dermatologsit and have the cyst removed and then take a 10 day course of oral antibiotics

when i can warm or hot or when i exercise, i get stings (electrical needle like) all over my body, primarily head and back. i hope there is a cure for this, i think it might be heat rash? but there is no rash, just pain.

Warm up: It is good that you are exercising. What you described is likely due to onset of sweating and the sweat gland trying to put out water quickly. Try a 10 minute period of warming up before progressing to hard or vigorous exercise.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Hives: Hives may be exercise or heat related and the facial rash could be due to an allergic reaction to something that comes in contact with your face. If rash or hives don't appear on the rest of your body, an allergy to food,etc doesn't seem likely. If symptoms persist an allergist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you. In the meantime try to identify any culprit substances that come in contact

Heat : Heat rash (miliaria rubra) occurs when your sweat glands become blocked and sweat is trapped under the skin.  This can cause a red rash that can either look like little blisters or larger red lumps.  It can be itchy or "prickly" which is why many people refer to it as prickly heat.  Even though it can be annoying, the good news is that it usually resolves on its own.  You can help by preventing sweating such as staying in a cool environment, wear lightweight clothing of breathable material (like cotton), and limiting physical activity in the heat.  Calamine lotion can help with the itch.  Good luck!

hi dr, i get repeated rashes the underside of my breast for which i am currently using dermikelp as i do not want to use cortisone. is this caused due to heat rash as i do suffer from the heat. what else can i do to ease the situation?

Rash: A rash under breast could be yeast infection. Try an anti yeast cream and keep the skin dry once rash is gone

Not likely heat rash: If your rash is occurring in cold weather, that is not likely heat rash. The term heat-rash refers to a rash occurring due to excessive heat. Eczema is often worse in cold and dry weather and so you may want to have it checked out. Without knowing what the rash looks like and its distribution on the body, it is difficult to make a diagnosis. 
So, consult doc.
