Difficult question: Autoimmune means the body sets off an inflammatory reaction against itself.  Encephalomyelitis means inflammation of the brain and spinal cord.  Most cases are of unknown cause.  Rsv is a terrible disease that can cause pneumonia but also inflammation of the brain with signs of encephalitis including seizures and encephalopathy with abnormal mri.  The answer may then be that RSV could be a cause.

Trigger autoimmune: Adem is an autoimmune disease that is usually triggered by a preceding viral or bacterial infection.  While there have been reports of adem following vaccinations, this is extremely unusual, and no overall increased risk has been found in wider ranging studies.  Most importantly, the very real risk of the disease prevented by the vaccine is much higher than the theoretical risk of adem!

?myalgic: I have never heard the term "myalgic".  The correct terminology is adem, acute demyelinating encephalomyelitis, which occurs mainly in children following an upper respiratory tract infection or vaccination.  Fever, headache, imbalance, double vision, problems with speech and swallowing occur.  Biggest concern maybe whether the episode is the onset on multiple sclerosis.

Susceptibility: Adem is classically a mono phasic illness in children following a viral infection or vaccination, and is considered a secondary autoimmune reaction to the inciting original problem.  Unlikely to ever occur again, and does not represent initial ms.  There are genetic susceptibilities to this disorder, but not a true hereditary disorder at all.
