A U/A, not: A pap will show microscopic heamturia. I'd first repeat it, and make sue it is not done at thetime you were instrumnted for the pap, and not close to your menses. It can be an infection, irritation of bladder or urethra, and  upper tract (kidney or ureter, and cancers if you are over 40.

No.: Chronic hematuria does not cause pain per say.  But if you have interstitial cystitis, which can cause hematuria, you have pain from cystitis.  Several other diagnoses will do this.  However, concentrated urine is more liikely to cause a bladder mucosa sensitized by some other process to cause discomfort.

UTI: The cause of blood in urine is really the same in both women and men-except for a couple of differences- 1. In woman- sometimes, you can have contamination from menstrual blood- if you don't use the proper way to collect your urine. 2. Due to anatomy different in male/female- urinary tract infection is more common in women than men. Blood in urine can be caused by infection, inflammation, stone etc.

How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to know the actual values. The normal values are the central 95% of a healthy population, by definition, 5% of healthy people with have an abnormal result on almost all tests. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
