Need to be seen: Without a visual and more information it is hard to say. If they have been there for long time with no change and no other symptoms then less likely serious. If they are new, changing and/or related to any other symptoms like belly or back pain, wt loss or change in bowel habits they could be related to underlying condition. Either way you need to been seen by a medical provider to decide.

So many possible: So many possible reasons...May be as simple as dryness, but could be from floaters due to a vitreous bleed. You need to see an eye doctor, especially if this is a new symptom.

More info needed: Could be a lot of things. If they shimmer, move around and you get a headache might be migraine. If it's just one eye go get checked now particularly if the spots seem to flash. If it reminds you of a bug flying around could be a harmless "floater." i'm assuming these are spots before your eyes and not spots like a rash.

Not common: Your pediatrician should be able to help you with examining those spots. Usually sweating or wearing clothes that have dried sweat on it will not increase more spots to form. Depending on the type of spots you have, the color, whether their flat or raise, whether they are pigmented or not pigmented, will determine the answer to your question of what it could be. So start there. Also, your doctor can take pictures of the spots, and keep that on your medical record.
