Radiculopathy: This sounds like it is most likely to be cervical radiculopathy which results from a pinched nerve in the neck. This requires orthopedic evaluation. There are other much rarer causes, and an orthopedist or a neurologist visit can help.

Multiple systems: Those are a lot of symptoms.  You should start by seeing your primary care physician to make sure that there is nothing systemic going on.  After that a neurologist or physiatrist can evaluate the multiple areas of pain to see if they are related or if there are several causes.

nerve dermatome: Your pain may be following a nerve root dermatome. Heart attacks do this because they stimulate that nerve root, but so does neck arthritis with cervical spondylitis or injury.

Heart attack: If all the symptoms are on the left and sometimes even on the right, the heart attack would be the first to check for and rule out, also pulmonary emboli, musculoskeletal causes like costochondritis, but in any case if you have those symptoms you need to go to er asap as it can be life threatening.

Sounds vascular: You should take these symptoms seriously and see a doctor. Circulation may be an issue and chest pain is a signal to get attention now. There is no reason to ignore it. Cervical rib: Cervical ribs may cause a neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome (ntos) in which the brachial plexus is compressed, resulting in numbness, abnormal sensations, and weakness of the upper extremities. This condition is extremely rare, though, and i doubt you have it. You may have disputed neurogenic tos. There is no indication for surgery. Physical therapy is the typical management for this condition.

Pinched nerve: Because patients having cardiac problems can have these symptoms, you should have this ruled out.  But the most common cause is an irritation of a nerve in the neck by a bone spur or herniation that can cause pain or numbness that runs down the arm into the hand.  An MRI can usually show the cause of the problem if it does not resolve.  Thank you for the question.

Brachial plexus ? : Recent symptoms facial/hand parasthesias &amp; shoulder ("collar bone ribs") pain is compatible with brachial plexus impingement &amp; Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Cervical spinal stenosis &amp; central brain lesion (stroke) would generally include other dramatic symptoms not mentioned. An expedited evaluation by a Neurologist is in order to properly diagnose; urgently if trauma was involved.
