Most likely answer is a subconjuctival hemorrhage- a broken small blood vessels in the whites of the eyes often caused by sneezing, coughing, or vomiting. Will resolve without issue.

Bee sting: Could be a simple mosquito bite, bee sting, or lyme disease from a tick. I recommend getting it checked out by a doctor, especially if the red splotch grows in size or starts to look like a ring. If you have fevers, achiness, or other symptoms in the next week, also go see a doctor.

Many possibilities: If it's warm to touch and the redness is spreading it's possible it could be cellulitis (a skin infection).  If this doesn't improve, and certainly if it worsens, you should have this examined by a physician.  If it is cellulitis, you will need to have antibiotics Rx.

DIAPER DERMATITIS: 1.Irritant contact: due 2 skin overhydration, maceration, long contact w/urine, feces. Red, scaly  w/fissure, erosions, patchy; folds spared. 
#2. Candida/yeast: warm, moist occluded skin of diaper area help candida growth from stool. Red rash on perianal skin, folds, scrotum-, spreads. Rx: wash w/warm water, change diaper frequent, short period w/o it, use zinc oxide paste. See doc for candida tx.

Autonomic nervous sy: Anxiety, anger and fear often can cause a response from our autonomic nervous system unleashing hormones, neurotransmitters which have body responses like flushing of the skin, sweating, increased heart rate, etc. It would be desirable to see therapist who understands the mind/body connection and could use cbt to help to deal with the underlying precipitants to the nervousness.

Eczema or infection: Could be eczema or folliculitis (breakouts similar to acne) or a type of yeast infection. Eczema can be treated with topical steroid creams. Folliculitis is treated with topical and/or oral antibiotics. Candida intertrigo (yeast infection) can be treated with topical antifungal creams. You need to see your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
