i had sex this morning it was kind of rough afterwards my area hurt. my stomach was swollen, i was paralyzed in the fetal position, dripping sweat?

Pain after sex: It is possible that during rough sex that you may have ruptured an ovarian follicle. A follicle has to grow to relase an egg. Sometimes when they rupture they bleed into the pelvis and can cause irritation, pain, nausea etc. The pain usually starts acutely and will get better over a day or two. Nsaids may help. You should follow up with your gynecologist.

transverse myelitis at 18 months. paralyzed for 4 months. developed a limp that i did not have before.  i walk as if my stomach goes one way and my buttocks goes the other way.  can the way i walk be corrected?  i have leg and hip pain now.

Probably: Because your abdominal muscles are deconditioned.  If you have been given the ok to exercise then continue and see if the tightness resolves with further exercise.

Positional: This appears to be a positional situation with pressure on the nerve affecting your arm during sleep. This is more of a nuisance than anything serious. Try sleeping in a different position.

Itching: It is difficult to give you a precise cause of one-sided itching. Usually would be due to skin irritation due to dryness, however, local nerve sensitivity such as past shingles would be an uncommon cause. Try some otc Hydrocortisone 1% cream and a moisturizing lotion to see if it helps. Conditions such as eczema or contact dermatitis could occur if you see a rash.

Abdomen: I am not sure I know what you mean by a "cold spot" on your abdomen. If you are referring to a cooling skin surface compared to the rest of the abdomen, perhaps it has to do with blow flow or circulation.  If not associated with pain, I wouldn't be alarmed.
