???: I'm not sure what this medication is and can't find it in any books...Do you mean nasal saline? If so, you can't really overdose on it since it's just salt water.  Swallowing too much of it can, rarely, affect one's blood pressure and body water volume if there are known heart problems.

Not usually: Post nasal drip typically causes throat discomfort and throat clearing.  Crackles generally refers to lung sounds where there is fluid in the alveoli (most distal part of the lung where gas exchange takes place).  Crackles is common in pneumonia and "interstitial lung diseases.".

Accepted Answer

Possibly: Overdosing is technically speaking when you take more of a medicine than is prescribed. If you mean, can you get a serious medical complication from overuse, the answer is that it is possible, but uncommon. Overuse of nasal decongestants like afrin can lead to insomnia, increased heart rate and nervousness. Risk of more serious side effects higher if you have hypertension or heart disease.

: Chronic post nasal drip is usually caused by chronic rhino-sinusitis. The treatment will depend on what causes the inflammation. Treat allergy if you have allergic rhino-sinusitis or treat the infection if you have chronic bacterial sinusitis, etc. You need to see an ENT doctor for a thorough nose exam and probably a sinus X-ray.

Nasal voice: You could have a narrowing of your nasal passages, possibly due to an anatomical variant or a polyp obstructing the nasal passage.  Most commonly seasonal allergies are the cause.  I recommend over the counter non drowsy cetirizine or pseudoephedrine, if that is the cause.

Yes but: I would also need to rule out a sinus infection when the problem is that severe. See doctor.

Irritation: Any form of irritation: nose too dry, picking too much, overuse of nasal sprays or antihistamines, trauma, etc...

Itchy nose: The most common cause is a cold. Do you trim you hairs? Need pictures. Recommend 2nd opinion with me.
