Neck pain can be due: To arthritis in cervical spine, nerve compression, muscle spasm in neck, upper back (trapezius), shoulders. Less common: infection (meningitis; sinusitis), tumor. See doc for evaluation, possible radiographs/mri, treatment.

Stiff neck: Muscle stiffness in the neck can result from a strain or sleeping in an awkward position. Try warm packs to the back of your neck and take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for relief. See your physician if symptoms persist.

Facial pain: may be caused by irritation or inflammation of either the facial or trigeminal nerves. Get examined asap.

Blood: Any pain, swelling, or bleeding requires immediate evaluation.  May very well be infection. Can cause the symptoms you describe.  Will not self-heal.   See your Dentist ASAP.

Gastroenterology?: If your doctor or cardiologist are satisfied that the pain is not coming from your heart, you might consider seeing a gastroenterologist for work up of a possible G.I. source of this discomfort. Given the bitter taste and the abdominal discomfort, a G.I. source certainly is possible. Good luck.

Get evaluated: If a physical does not reveal any medical problems, all of your symptoms point to anxiety.  It would be helpful to figure out what is worrying you such as a change in routine/location, a loss, new job, etc.  It sounds like this is a recent development so your first step is to talk with a counselor to iidentify stress and learn relaxation techniques.  You can add medicine if needed.

Nape pain.: This is either cervicalgia (pain in the neck) or  pain in the upper muscles of the neck and back including the superior trapezius and the splenius capitis.  Nape pain seems to cover them both.
