For the second question, skin allergy to some substance is called allergic dermatitis, the treatment will be avoidance and local steroid cream or ointment such as dexamethasone or mometasone if available.

Treatment plan: Best treatment for allergies is to avoid the allergic trigger if possible/practical.  Medications used to treat post nasal drip from allergies include antihistamines (zyrtec, allegra, claritin, xyzal) and topical nasal steroid sprays (most effective!) or nasal antihistamine sprays (astepro).  If still not getting relief, allergy immunotherapy (allergy shots) are effective.  An allergist can help.

Eye allergy: Is there an allergist around where you live? You really need to get them under control, because they are now affecting the quality of your life/. You need to be tested to determine your triggers. You also probably need to be on allergy shots if you cannot avoid your triggers.

Rotten egg burps: Rotten egg burps are formed from the release of hydrogen sulfide gas that can be produced, by small bacterial overgrowth, infection, certain drug but mostly food primarily vegetables. Treatment is usually helped by drinking lots of water or eating fresh fruit.

Sharp left rib pain : Sharp pain under the rib can be the kidney, maybe a kidney stone. It can be form the ribss.  There is no way you can be sure unless you are seen in person. Please see a doctor right away, I am not sure if you need an emergency room visit

: Often dry eyes can cause these symptoms, suggest preservative free tears 6-8 x per day, night time use of tear ointments for sleeping.  In addition make sure that your are adequately hydrated with fluids, 3 liters per day for healthy females and 4 L per day for healthy males., only if your are not on water/fluid restrictions by your pcp.

constant colon inflammation but only when i eat meat. doctors just say is diverticulitis but have no other answers about any treatment. any suggestions as to what could cause this. could it be a protein allergy that just suddenly developed 39yr male?

: Have you been seen by a GI doctor? Has a colonoscopy with biopsies been done? Doing a colonoscopy and biopsies of any area that looks inflamed would be helpful to give a diagnosis that is more specific. Specific treatment can be pursued once a more specific diagnosis is made so see a GI doctor to pursue further evaluation. Good luck to you!

Allergist: An allergist can do testing to determine to what you are allergic.  They can then recommend treatment  that may simply be oral antihistamine.
