i have thyroxine intolerance?it works,tsh-3.0,but lot of heat,diarrohea etc.may be allergy. need opinion on tirosint.pls help.,any other med i can try

Thyroid treatment: Tirosint is the same levothyroxine as the others, but they advertise no "dyes, coloring, sugars, etc".  It is fine to use, although expensive. It would be very unusual to have a reaction to such low levels of these ingredients in a pill. Have you tried other levothyroxine brands, eg Synthroid? Have you been worked up for other causes? Menopausal? Colonoscopy?

Too much too fast: These symptoms all point to too much thyroid.  Since the TSH is not suppressed, perhaps you need to start on a lower dose of thyroid with small increments until the optimal dose is reached. Talk to your physician about this .

None: In the absence of your taking growth hormone to build your body, I would look to your pituitary for a reason to have both thyroid and growth problems. An endocrinologist may be of help here. The best of wishes for good health.

5 years of synthroid i stopped and started levoxyl (thyroxine)  for a good 3 weeks then stopped took armour back on synthroid did cause my hair to fall out?

Thyroid medications: Your replacement dose of thyroid is decided on the basis of blood test and should be stabilized based on a particular type and preferably same manufacturer changing types and branding can result in variable levels and can effect hair loss there are generally no reasons to switch thyroid medicine unless a good reason established by your physcian.

Needs follow up: In thyroid cancer, increases in tg necessitate follow up to rule out metastasis.

Depends.: Levoxyl (thyroxine) does not cause irritation to the stomach.  But it depends on what you took it with and how soon after taking it, unless it was with a small sip of water. It is always best to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour before lying down after significant water intact, or eating.

Usually not: Usually not, unless the medication caused the eye to be more dry.  More likely it is dry due to the environment or the thyroid condition it's self.  It is possible you are developing graves ophthalmopathy (a condition associated with thyroid problems).

Both work: They are both used for thyroid deficiency.Sunthroid is brand name medicine and Levoxyl (thyroxine) is a different brand name.The both do the same thing ie correct thyroid deficiency.Both work.

Hyperthyroid: Too much Levoxyl (thyroxine) can give you the symptoms of hyperthyroidism. Most importantly it can cause osteoporosis . You can have a rapid heart rate, tremor, diarrhea , hair loss, elevated blood pressure, anxiety and weight loss among others. It is important if you are on this medication to see your doctor regularly and check your thyroid levels.

No: One decides dose by lab tests ;

this is because weight gain/loss due to thousand other issues

so if thyroid lab ok, need to look for other causes of weight issue.
