What Rx's: Alcohol, medications (you may be allergic, or many "imported holistic herbal pills" are actually liver poisons), hepatitis b or c, wilson's, hemochromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis (200000 cases in the usa alone), infectious mono, or lack of exercise. The last is ruining more good livers today than probably anything else.

More info needed: but usually enlargement of both spleen and liver is due to "portal hypertension", which is most commonly due to cirrhosis of the liver.

Hard to know: The most common cause of liver inflammation in children is viral hepatitis. Although some children are vaccinated for hepatitis b and hepatitis a, there are other types of viruses which can cause inflammation also. Check with your doctor for more information. Most viral hepatitis will resolve on its own. If your child is vomiting frequently, have him checked by the doctor.

Not related: This is unlikely related to the liver  biopsy. I suspect that the inflammation was present all along and this  just  occurred and buiit up at the same time. Inflammation in lupus can be sustained long term and can come up periodically. Your rheumatologist can clarify this issue.

Alcohol: Excess alcohol will cause both. So will obesity. Viral infections should be excluded. So should sarcoidosis. I'm sure there are other things that some else here will think of.

Incomplete question: You irresponsible drinking is likely the cause of your liver problems. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Yes...it can: Severe liver diseases as in cirrhosis, often due to hepc n/or alcohol etc..Can cause fluid retention in the abdomen (ascities) and swelling of legs.
Often a difficult illness to manage, because the liver is so important an organ in term of its miriad of functions. He may have esophageal varices (enlarged veins in esophagus) which may bleed..
Regular visits with doc..Very important..

Many causes : If there is inflammation of lining of solid organs it is called generally serositis, of lung lining specifically pruritis. Liver inflammation broadly known as hepatitis but usually not painful. Lupus commonly causes serositis that can cause pain in chest, back, and abdomen. Speak to the health care provider caring for your lupus about your symptoms and treatment, e.g.Anti-inflammation medication.

Yes: The ALT is high indicating a possible liver preoblem.  This can be related to psoriatic arthritis or may be due to medication or a completely separate  problem. It will take a more thorough history and possibly further testing to know for sure.

Possible, but: It depends on how bad your liver is inflamed.  The symptoms could be from medication side effect.  You should discuss this with your rheumatologist for more accurate advice.
