Straining issue: The problem is with straining, and there actually have been documented cases of severe hemorrhages of the macula (central visual part of the retina) associated with "auto-erotic" activity in a man. There was at least a temporary loss of vision with this, although it most likely recovered. Straining, from whatever reason, was the cause of the hemorrhage.

More Specific: If you are referring to pulsation of the lid it is usually due to stress, fatigue and caffeine intake (obicularis myokimia).  If you are referring to a pulsing in your vision that corresponds to yur heartbeat you are noticint spontaneous venous pulsations of the central retinal vein.  This is a normal phenomenon.

Dry eyes: The corneal nerves are so sensitive that any dryness can cause a sharp pain, which leads to reflex tearing.  The pain then only lasts a second. If you haven't already done so, see your eye md for a more accurate and in-depth diagnosis, since several things cause dry eye.

Need more info: I am not sure what "holes" you refer to. If you have in mind black "dots" occasionally seen in one's iris, those are benign lesions that just don't have a normal pigment accumulation. If you do have symptoms or those "holes" are just bothersome in appearance, it won't hurt to consult optometrist or ophthalmologist for an in-depth exam.
