More Specific: If you are referring to pulsation of the lid it is usually due to stress, fatigue and caffeine intake (obicularis myokimia). If you are referring to a pulsing in your vision that corresponds to yur heartbeat you are noticint spontaneous venous pulsations of the central retinal vein. This is a normal phenomenon.
