Yes: You can take allegra, zyrtec or claritin, (loratadine) but avoid combinations with a decongestant such as zyrtec d, Allegra d or Claritin (loratadine) d, these will raise your blood pressure.

Siobhan HCT: Generally not to significant degree, however hct or hydrochlorithiazide can result in slight increase in blood sugar.

Check your: heart rate and blood pressure when you go from sitting to standing., You may be experiencing a fall in BP and the metoprolol is not allowing your heart rate to increase as you change position, Talk w/your doctor about adjusting your medication.

Renal failure.: Oligohydramnios, due to decreased fetal renal function, may lead to fetal lung hypoplasia and skeletal malformations. Use is associated with anuria, hypotension, renal failure, skull hypoplasia, and death in the fetus/neonate. The exposed fetus should be monitored for fetal growth, amniotic fluid volume, and organ formation. Infants exposed should be checked for hyperkalemia, hypotension, oliguria.

It : It has not been reported , but Diovan (valsartan) may produce fatigue , weakness, we are not aware that cause erectyle dysfunction , but there is always a first time in medicine nothing is absolute

Hold On: Take it easy. You have several problems that are responsive to calmness and stillness. Why voluntarily add a body altering procedure to your life? It sounds like a tattoo is an arbitrary possible source of anxiety and stress, a symptom of restlessness, that is counterproductive to your well being at this time. Why not spend that energy learning to quiet your restlessness. Meditation, yoga?
