Probably not: You know, theoretically it's possible...But i haven't seen any evidence for this.  Are you asking if these medications increases the chances of your blood becoming infected (sepsis) if you have a small local infection?  If so, then i doubt it!

Yes: Aspirin "thins" your blood by making your platelets not function properly and thus prevents clot formation.  As such bleeding and bruising are possible.

Probably nothing: A single dose of Aspirin will not do a great deal in the long term, though in the short term it will affect the tiniest factors that your body uses to form clots, the platelets.

Reye's Syndrome: The use of aspirin in children is generally not recommended due to the remote risk of Reye's syndrome, a condition of swelling of the liver and brain during a viral infection.  This problem is usually heralded by excessive vomiting.  This condition would be highly unlikely after ingestion on a single aspirin, but monitor closely.  Otherwise, this ingestion should pose no significant health risks.

No: Aspirin can only be related to anemia if you develope a bleeding ulcer. Anemia in a young menstruating female is usually related to having very heavy menstrual periods.

It's a NSAID: Ecotrin (aspirin) is enteric-coated Aspirin (which means it just doesn't disolve in your stomach). It might be causing increased bleeding around the time of menstruation. Get a pregnancy test if you have missed a period or had an unusual one. Aspirin should not be taken during pregnancy.
