Later in pregnancy, the fetal head or may be lower in the birth canal and cause almost persistent low back pain, but at 29 weeks, the head has probably not descended yet.

A prenatal vitamin once a day would get you all the vitamins you need. A small cup of coffee would get you some caffeine is ok in pregnancy. Ask your doctor to check your thyroid levels and evaluate you for anemia for your fatigue

Large for dates?: If you are larger than adjusted dates then a larger fetus could reflect gestational diabetes or excess fluid. Get the repeat sono to check on fetal size and evaluate for large for dates. At your age, close monitoring is very prudent! listen to your ob!

Diarrhea: Acute diarrhea in pregnancy is not typically an issue, and should be treated with Antidiarrheals and Pepto-Bismol. Check with your OB provider is this is OK. Keep hydrated.  If persistent symptoms, cramps, bloody diarrhea or signs of dehydration- dry mouth, dry skin, no urination after 12 hours you should be seen.
