Low back pain: Lower back pain at 29 weeks may just indicate muscular stress with the changed center of gravity that occurs with a 29 week pregnancy. Later in pregnancy, the fetal head or may be lower in the birth canal and cause almost persistent low back pain, but at 29 weeks, the head has probably not descended yet.
