Maybe treat again?: What does "4 ft" mean? If you were treated with azithromycin (4 pills of 250 mg, total 1000 mg), and if you vomited within 30 minutes, you need to be re-treated -- or maybe instead ask your doctor about doxycycline treatment (1 pill twice daily for 7 days).

: When stored at 5-30 degrees, is 24 months after date of manufacture.  Expiration date should be printed on label on bottle (at least in US)

Probably OK: It can take a week for gonorrhea symptoms to clear, especially if you also have chlamydia, present in almost half of people with gonorrhea. Your treatment (ceftriaxone and azithromycin) will cure both. But if these symptoms started only after treatment, it could be yeast triggered by the antibiotics. Return to the doctor or clinic if symptoms get worse, or if still there a week after treatment.

Find another flat...: Can't say for certain, since i'm not clear what fumes you snorted. What seems reasonable however is that you find another apartment and get some trustworthy friends to hang out with. I recommend individuals who won't again sacrifice your health and safety for their amusement.

Stay on treatment : Best to stay on the prescribed treatment but certainly follow with the physician after treatment ends. If symptoms worsen or recur, return to see the doctor quickly.

Premature: Ejaculation is sometimes called ill-timed ejaculation.  It is a subjective evaluation.  You may orgasm too quickly and not satisfy your partner.  If you have concerns you can see your doc or a licensed sex therapist.  It is not an illness.  Peace and good health.

Could be: Without knowing all the meds you take, it certainly could be a side effect.  Several medications for depression etc., can cause weight gain.  Thyroid disorders can also cause weight gain, so it best to follow-up with your dr. To get and evaluation of your weight gain.  Best wishes.

YES: You should be screened for adult attention deficit disorder or hyperactivity  attention deficit. I would also suggest a blood sugar level and chemistries to rule out medical conditions. Excellent medications  are widely available, Check with your physician.
