No bladder whirlpool: Think of bladder as a balloon with wall made of muscle. Muscular wall of bladder contracts, bladder neck &amp; sphincter relaxes &amp; urine exits bladder. Much as fluid would run out of a balloon filled with water empties when neck of balloon is released. Fluid just gets squeezed out.

Life situations and relationship difficulties can contribute to depression, so working on these is important in determining outcome.  Others have no idea about what affects them, which can also be a problem. Outcomes are better combining both treatments.

Natural aids: Exercise is a natural antidepressant. Even when you feel like staying in bed, get up and exercise. It will improve your mood. Laughter is also a natural antidepressant. See a funny movie. Laugh out loud. Speak with a friend. Go to a mall, it may help you get your mind off your troubles. Listen to music it may also help improve your mood. Therapy is also a huge help so why not take advantage of it?

my ldl is 216 and i don't want to go for medication is there any other solution to reduce ldl and is there any risk if i don't take medicines?

Heart disease: Depending on other conditions you may have and your family history, you are at a greater risk of heart disease. I assume you have adjusted your diet and started exercising. If the numbers remain high and you have other risk factors, you will need to start medications.
