BUN 44 why: So many reasons that you need to do a nursing assessment of your patient and then think of the most likely causes. This will depend on age, kidney disease, hydration status, medications taking to mention a few. With out taking a history and doing a physical even a Dr. can't create a plan.

Ans: In that area. Sound like ulnar nerve issue. You can see your doctor for evaluation and possible nerve conduction studies. Did you injure your elbow area?  Need more history.

They are equal: There has been a lot of research on that. The research funded by the company found their electric toothbrush better. Independent research has been they are pretty much equal, and usually better the a manual toothbrush. Personally i like the oral-b because i don't like the vibration in the sonicare. I am sure some like the vibration. I would never ask a patient to switch from one to the other.

Only if: The hospice nurse is available for 24/7 on call. If the loved one is actively dying, acute distress or acute illness, the hospice nurse will stay longer.

Often through social: workers, online communities or through office personnel.   Support groups are everywhere and usually free.   United Way in my area forms the connection hub to most, but County hotlines are very helpful.   Some cities even have special phone lines for available services.   San Diego has 211.   Some psychologists form their own support groups out of existing patient pools.   Be creative.
