Hi i am a nursing student and i am working on a careplan and i have a pt whos bun/creatine is 44 and the range is 7 - 34 whats the posible reason for?

BUN 44 why: So many reasons that you need to do a nursing assessment of your patient and then think of the most likely causes. This will depend on age, kidney disease, hydration status, medications taking to mention a few. With out taking a history and doing a physical even a Dr. can't create a plan.
