No symps, normal var: At ur age, if u have never had symptoms/probs w/ ur heart &amp; if ur family has been free of heart dz, I wouldn't worry too much about the EKG. The QRS complex is 100 ms, it's not enuf to worry about. The incomplete RBBB is seen in a lot of young people, especially if thin or athletic. A resting HR of 84 bpm is a little high for an athlete but in normal range 4 adul

Unlikely: At age 20, sudden cardiac death is unlikely  without a structural or electrical abnormality of the heart. Illicit drug use, smoking and alcohol abuse could increase risk.

No: You have a test performed to confirm a suspected diagnosis. Tests should not be done as a fishing expedition to see let's see now what we can find now. And tests always have to be interpreted within a margin of error. They are not perfect. They are guideposts to help a doctor in thinking about what may be going on with his patient. What the patient tells the doc is the key!

You are safe: Excess anxiety often has a physiologic cause. Make sure that you are  maintaining an optimal healthy lifestyle. Get 7-8 hrs of sleep per night.  Eat three healthy meals per day with 20 gm high quality protein / meal, 5 servings of fruits/vegetables / d, healthy fats(i.e. Omega3 fatty acids, coconut oil).  Eat magnesium &amp; potassium rich foods. Get 20-30 min of exercise daily.

ECG not great.: While certain things, like a LBBB, would be evident and obvious on an ECG, other things, like previous heart attacks, or more importantly the risk for a future heart attack, may be frustratingly absent from a resting ECG.  Echocardiogram and stress test may be more useful cardiac tests for risk stratification.

More details: The absence of more detailed information (age, duration of symptoms, triggers etc) makes it impossible to provide a meaningful answer.  Nonetheless if 24 hr monitor was normal, one needs to consider acid reflux as a potential cause for your symptoms. See doctor again.

: PVC can be associated with several conditions. Here is a  small list: thyroid disease, fibromyalgia, dehydration, side effects of supplements, drug use, anxiety, or a psychosomatic condition. 
Missing a long-term EKG (24 hrs to months0 I would speak to a  good internist who will spend some time talking with you and looking at the results. Explore physical and emotional conditions.

No one can tell: but you have  much less chances than others who have risk factors like obesity, smoking, heart disease, uncontrolled diabetes, etc... There are several factors in the equation, your only bailout is to lead a healthy life style. As for life expectancy, there are websites with calculators the give you an estimate, but no guarantee, best wishes

left sided chest pain hurts to press on , quite localized but worse when drinking alcohol? could it still be cardiac? have had normal ecg and echo.

Probably gastritis. : If alcohol makes it worse it's probably GI and not cardiac. Try taking some Pepcid (famotidine) 20mg twice a day for about 6 weeks, and lay off the booze for a while. Hope this helps.
