Different tumors: Neoplasm = new growth.  Neoplasms can be benign or malignant.  An adenoma is a benign neoplasm.  A carcinoma is a malignant neoplasm.  Hope this helps.

Not if they function: If the adenomas are "cold" or do not function, then they are likely to be malignant.  They do not show up on radionuclide scan because they do not function.  Otherwise they are unlikely to be malignant.  However, since you have many of them, you likely need and should get further workup, like aspiration biopsy, etc., along with treatment for your hashimoto's.

Adenoma: Is a bening tumor. If left untreated, can become cancerous (adenocarcinoma).

No: Villous adenomas are benign. They are considered pre-malignant, but not cancer. In-situ is the earliest stage of cancer, Stage 0. The two are definitely different.

Adrenal: adenomas usually do not become malignant but may very well be implicated in other problems including a number of endocrine (glandular) disorders. Follow the advice of your treating physician. A referral to a Board Certified Endocrinologist may be indicated!

Quit worrying about: Your thyroid cancer specialist will guide you further.
I would ask you not to worry about these blood tests as they are not particularly reliable. As long as your cancer has been removed and it was early, you have little chance of recurrence of your cancer. Most times we have to rely on a visible tumor growth before we can take it as evidence of recurrence, blood tests are not all that helpful.
