Caffeine: i would recommend that you not drink these as they have higher levels of caffeine in it. This is also not recommended during pregnancy as caffeine will stimulate your baby's heart rate to elevate. Use decaf if you really need coffee or tea products.

drank cappuccino today and feel really wired/hands trembling 3 hours after finishing it. effects kicked in hour ago. is this normal if not used to it?

Yes: Caffeine is a pretty potent stimulant, especially if you do not take it regularly. The effects can last for several hours after a moderate dose like you would get from a cappuccino. The amount of caffeine in coffee is extremely variable, but in general, any espresso drink, including cappuccinos, mochas, americanos, macchiatos, etc, is higher than brewed coffee, especially if you get med/large.

Any other symptoms?: A one time occurrence is not a cause for concern. If it recurs more than 3 times a month, see your doctor.

No, except....: No, not usually unless you have a medical reason to not intake caffeine or acidic liquids.  Ulcers, gerd, poorly controlled htn, sympomatic fibrocystic breasts are among some of those conditions.  As long as your "cup" of coffee is not a 64oz mug and you have no medical issues it should be fine.  As with everything moderation is key.
