Caffeine effects: Caffeine is a stimulant to the central nervous system. It is most commonly used to improve mental alertness. People who are more sensitive may have nervousness gastrointestinal upset, insomnia and temporary rise in heart rate and blood pressure. Some research stated- Caffeine may harm voice quality Women consuming higher amounts of caffeine had an increased risk for miscarriage.
