Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Are there other issues, e.g, pigmented skin spots or patches? Family history of similar lesions? One possibility is neurofibfromas. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.

Need evaluation. : Not only would we need more information about what’s going on with your shoulder, but I think it would be wise if you got a formal physical examination locally with an orthopedist. Is this new, or has it been this way for a while?  Was there any trauma involved? Depending on answers to these questions, you might at least need an x-ray if not an MRI.

Shoulderpain: Tough to say without examining you.  Your symptoms sound as if you at least strained one of your ligaments in your shoulder, with a possible co-existing Muscle strain of your scapula. i have nexplanon in my left arm. ive had it for about two and a half months. i was laying on that arm for a little while and now it feels like its poking my skin. it feels like little pinches and i can see thr ends poking my skin?

No: Arthroscopic rot. Cuff repair is a very common procedure. The time it takes to regain nearly full motion ( and strength) depends on several factors: the size of your tear and the strength of your repair, any associated pathology(frozen shoulder, arthritic changes, etc), your preoperative rom, and your motivation and experience of your therapist.After just 5 wks of therapy you are doing fine! gl!
