Start w med eval.: It may uncover underlying medical problems that need to be addressed.  Cognitive Behavioral therapy can be effective. Psych meds may be indicated. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hrs sleep /night &amp; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises or meditation. Take care.

If you're obsessed with erotica to the extent you can't function, get with your personal physician; we can help reprogram you. Otherwise, it's going to happen. 2 different issues: You're describing two different conditions, erectile dysfunction &amp; premature ejaculation, altho latter might lead to former. Stress is major cause of ED in young men whether school, work, money etc. Being in an unhealthy relationship doesn't help either. Nor does smoking &amp; excess alcohol. Puberty!: Testosterone is high at your age.  Learning to manage this hormone and  your sexual appetite and desires is something that is developed over time.  Acknowledge the feelings and recognize your body is designed to have those feelings.  Adolescents is a time to learn to behave and manage sexual feelings respectfully ans responsibly, even if embarrassing episodes occur.

No !:  Sertraline is not an "as needed" medication. It won't work unless you build up your blood levels over time.

First...: I would refer you to a good psychologist for evaluation and to help uncover the reason you are oppositional.  Then behavior modification therapy might be appropriate.  Try not to get into any fights before then.

Suggestions: First off, many men masturbate several times a day.  Would be concerned about possible treatment if the behavior is getting in the way of you being able to function normally in your life.  And then, a potential underlying cause would need to be looked for; this could be do to another underlying psychiatric disorder, or a hormonal imbalance, for example.  Treatment may be medical or nonmedical.
