Stop worrying: Trislosan is a widely-used, apparently harmless chemical that degrades after being discarded into a form of dioxan that is not one of the forms that has toxicity or is supposed to be linked to cancer. Any chemical can be "shown to be harmful for this-and-that" if used in artificial conditions in labs. I am sorry that anyone troubled you over this.

Need to examine: It is very unlikely that you have cancer, however, it is not feasible to say what the lesion is without examining you in-person. It would be prudent to consult your doctor.

Smoking : Smoking is a cancer causing habit. With your concurrent medical conditions, you are at risk for developing the full spectrum of cancer. Nodules can grow on the scar tissue present on your throat. It is important that smoking does not focus on one area of tissue and cause a tissue change. But tissues that are constant contact with the chemicals will be weakened, can get irritated and are at higher risk for developing abnormal growths. Stop smoking, you are still young and research shows that after about 5-10 years, your lungs will return to a normal state of health.

went to ent and got camera up my nose doc said no throat cancer but couod they miss it 5 months agony throat sore to eat and drink ever hursts turning head docter admits back of throat is red and purple and something not right but cant find anythin?

: It is not feasible to do better than the ENT who examined you. You may wish to consider consulting a different ENT doctor for a second opinion. Cancer is unlikely but that does not address your symptoms.

Sorry don't : Understand the question.  But whenever the lining of the throat or associated structures (tonsils etc) is irritated, inflamed or anything that is not normal, there is an altered sensation.  It is not restricted to "mouth cancer".  Hope this helps.

Possibly: If you have a tumor in the throat/mouth, it could create an awful taste or odor.  If this is a new symptom, best to have it checked out.

Go see your doctor: It's very unlikely to be cancer but since you won't believe me because i haven't examined you, go see your family doctor who can examine you & allay your fears.

Mouth/throat cancer: As breast cancer and prostate cancer can be screened by mammogramme and Blood PSA level respectively, there is no screening test for mouth, throat or anal cancer. However; examination and some questions in general physical work up can be suggestive of additional tests to rule out these cancers. If, you are concerned please see your doctor for physical check up.

Pain: Likely pain. Pain that lasts more than a week or so. If you can visualize the area, you may see an ulcer. If you palpate, you may feel a lump or hard area. 
If you are concerned, see an ENT doc asap.
