Not pancreatic cance: from your description, I cannot tell you what is causing your pain, but I can tell you that pancreatic cancer does not usually present with pain such as this. Pancreatic  cancer is usually pain-free, with unexplained weight loss or jaundice. If your pain persists, I would see your doctor. Good luck.

my upper left back hurts when i move certain directions, just at the very top of latimos dorso m. also, my upper left rib hurts if im getting pushed down from my back as well. i do lift weights, but is this concern for cancer? 2 month pain on/off?

: When someone moves and there is back pain it is likely musculoskeletal pain, from muscle, joints, ligaments, discs, or muscles.  The best way to get an answer to your personal health question is to see a doctor in person. There is a very low chance that a 30 year would have cancer.

Very unlikely: What you described does not fit with cancer. The aches and pains may be part of daily activities. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Cancer pain: Not knowing your current medical condition, it is hard to say. If you are healthy, it may be a sign of fatigue or muscle aches and pains. If its worse not relieved by over the counter medication or topical remedies, i would see  your physician to check out all the possibilties of the back/rib pain.
