It's always free if:: There are 2 main parts of Health Tap: this part, where anyone can ask any question and hope one (or more) doctors answer. There is no charge; it is free to everyone. But one can also go to Health Tap Prime where you pay for private online consultations with a doctor in your state. I am unaware of free trials for the Prime service but you can contact the company at connect@healthtap.com and ask.

i just received my free trial of somnapure pm. when i opened the bottle there was a very strong odor of what appears to be yeast? is that normal?

Somnapure: This supplement has hops as one of its ingredients.  This is the stabilizing agent in beer.  Perhaps that is what you are smelling when you open the bottle.  However, if you are concerned about the safety, it is always safe to not take this product (which has not been tested to FDA specifications for safety or efficacy).

See doctor: Insomnia is a sleep disorder which can have many different causes from stress to medical illness. Write down all meds (prescribed/OTC/supplements), alcohol/drug/tobacco/caffeine use and current  stresses to review with your pcp. Yes: There is no known medicinal or herbal means of permanently enlarging your penis at age twenty. There are many "snake oil" salesmen out there.  Especially on the internet.  Save your money.

my dr gave me a  free trial of combivent respimat inhaler for what we think is probably asthma. when i google it its for copd. is this a mistake?

Not a mistake: Hi, Combivent is a combination medicine of albuterol and ipratropium and can be used for acute asthma attacks as well as acute copd attacks.  It works by helping the lung musculature relax and open.  Good luck, I hope that helps!

RX: Two avenues to try.  Call your local health department.  Another thought is to call local hospitals and ask for the social service department. They often have ways to get people meds they can not afford.

When all are ready: Any person who takes a stimulant will focus better. If a family has tried environmental and structural interventions and identified that no other changes in diet, nutrition, or support are beneficial, it is reasonable to do a med trial, or even as a first choice if adequate diagnosis suggests that meds might be helpful-if that is the famioy preference.
