Don't know: Can get some dryness of the mouth from zoloft (sertraline) which might account for thirst but not for urine as you describe-- probably best to have a checkup-- possibly a urine for culture & sensitivity.

Did it: Happen right after the switch in med? If so could have been the cause. Might call your prescribing dr. Especially if you are not mentally better on the  Prozac (fluoxetine)

Possible: It is possible and there is some data to support:  http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2728940/#__ffn_sectitle     This could be a class effect with that class of drugs. Always talk to your doctor for anything medical.

Please talk to DR: 200 mg of Prozac (fluoxetine) is an extraordinarily high dose &amp; could lead to serotinergic syndrome.  Don't put off discussion w your doctor.

Tests done?: Have you had a urinalysis looking for some type of infection as well as an STD screen? Have you had a pregnancy test along the way though it seems unlikely given the amount of bleeding that's been on....Have you had a good pelvic examination? Have you informed your prescribing physician about what has been going on since you were started on Zoloft (sertraline) in July? I think they'd probably wanna know.

Screening test: What you described may happen in a screening test. If there are any medico legal issues you could ask for a confirmatory test that would resolve the matter, as confirmatory tests, especially mass spectrometric analysis is more specific.

: Zoloft clearly does have side effects and many folks are intolerant.  You appear to be in this group.  Contact your doctor ASAP, and discuss your reactions.  Many other anti-depressant medications are available, and likely you will tolerate them far better.
