Probably not: those are not listed as any of the known side effects from the pill.  You may coincidentally have a viral or bacterial pharyngitis.  You may want to do some saltwater gargles and if it does not improve see your physician.

You may have: some sort of viral infection going on if it started recently. You need tests such as chest x-ray beside an exam. See your doctor as soon as possible.

See your PCP.: It is not unusual to sometimes wake up with a dry mouth especially if you breathe through your mouth. Just to be safe, see your pcp to examine your glands to make sure you don't have any infection which can cause your glands to be inflamed from infection in the .Head and neck areas.

Not likely: If you do not have nasal symptoms or discharge, it is not likely to be sinusitis. It is not feasible to say, what it is without examining you. If your symptoms do not abate in a week or so, it would be prudent to see your doctor. The enlarged lymph glands are of particular concern and you should get it checked.
