The onset: of "NEW" abdominal pain should be followed up immediately!!!! Contact the pain unit or hospital where you received the block...intra-abdominal bleeding although UNLIKELY should be ruled out!!

Yes: If your nipples are rubbing against an article of clothing that has an irritant contained therein, then yes. Sometimes the irritant is a poorly rinsed shirt or blouse after laundering that still contains soap embedded within.

Many things: Periods, pregnancy, coffee, breast feeding, infection, lesions in breasts (cysts, lymph nodes) medications, etc...

Accepted Answer

Size?: If you are a size d or above, you may have tenderness at the area from the weight of the breast or from the metal wire under the bra to support your breasts.   If you are less than size c, then the bra may just be too tight.  See your doctor if neither of the above applies to you.

Probably not: There are pros and cons about wearing a bra at night.  Over time, it might keep your breasts more perky / less droopy.  But wearing a bra all the time can also interfere with the body's lymphatic circulation / drainage, such that environmental (cancer-producing) toxins can end up accumulating in the breast's fat cells.  But making them sore to the touch?  Probably not.  Perhaps estrogen dominance?

Many possibilities: Rashes can be hard to figure out without looking at them. A rash can happen sometimes if a person's body is reacting to a germ causing viral or bacterial symptoms. Allergy to any of a variety of substances can create rashes. Little blisters can be viral, bacterial, or contact dermatitis. A tender rash of tiny blisters or bumps in one section of an adult's body may be SHINGLES. Doctor can check.

i have a painful rash mostly on my buttocks & on my back under my bra band.  i do have a few spots on my arms & legs aswell.  they look like bug bites but are more sore than itchy.  not sure what may have caused them.  i'm having a hard time finding infor

Needs to be checked: It needs to be evaluated as the spots are persisting.Have you used any cream or ointment.See your doctor or a dermatologist
it could be a bug bites, skin infection like impetigo, sometimes the bug bites get infected as well.

No short answer: There are many reason for mastalgia or pain in the breasts. Wearing a supportive bra, especially a sports bra with athletic activity can help. Losing weight, can significantly decrease breast pain. Some women put on a lot of breast weight with birth control pills, and
may get relief with a lower estrogen pill.

Costochondritis : There are multiple potential causes, but one of the more common is a condition known as costochondritis, in which an inflammation occurs in the part of the rib where the bone meets the cartilage.  Sometimes am NSAID can help.  Don't hesitate to be seen for a specific diagnosis.
