HIV: Unlikely to transmit HIV through saliva because the enzymes destroy the virus.  Oral transmission occurs through blood or semen reaching the tonsils, mucous membranes or lymph nodes behind the front of the mouth where saliva is located.  Anything can happen, but this is very unlikely to be transmitted through saliva.

Near Zero Risk: HIV Precum can transmit HIV. But, it is nearly impossible  ( we now know by numerous scientific studies) to get it orally in this scenario. If you worry then you can do an HIV test three months after the exposure to confirm.

rare: Oral transmission of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) by hiv-infected individuals is a rare event.  Don't know how long it would take for saliva to kill off the virus particles.  Although rare its still possible.  Best to get checked.  Talk with your doctor.
