Early on-you can't: Unless you are well into your pregnancy and can start to feel the growing fetus, you can not tel if your pregnant by feeling your stomach.  If you had unprotected sex, and you do not get your next scheduled period, than do a pregnancy test.

Not necessarily.: Early pregnancy sxs can include: no period, breast swelling ; tenderness w darkened areolas, thin, white ; milky vaginal discharge, fatigue, ^ urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/dizzy, mood swings, ^ gas, insomnia, gagging more easily ; yawning.

Pregnant?: I'm not sure how if all those pregnancy tests are negative.  You might ask for a serum qualitative test to completely rule it out, but I'd say odds are you are not pregnant.

: Your doctor may want to re-order a pregnancy test in the office to ensure you are definitely not pregnant. Next, if this is a first time occurence of missing your menses- stress, weight change, diet change can sometimes cause a missed menstrual cycle. If this persists or becomes a recurrent issue then your Dr. would check for other causes ie hormonal reasons etc.

Pregnancy Maybe.: The first question to answer was "when was your last menstrual period"?  If you have not missed a menstrual period then this goes farther down on the list of probability.  What is very common this time of year would be Viral illnesses that can cause fever and muscle aches
 Sinus infections  can drain causing a sore throat , nausea and perhaps vomiting.

No: The causes are varied from a simple bruise to something more serious involving blood clotting problems. It is best for you to call your health care provider and have their advice as soon as possible. At best this is a bruise, at worst it could threaten both your baby's and your lives. Call your provider, or whomever they have on call as soon as possible.
