Anemia: 1. You can take all 3 separately. 2. B12 is better to take intramuscular injection 1 mg once a month better absorbed compared to taking it orally or by mouth . Vit c is very imp vit take 500 mg daily.

Yes: The amounts that are in your multivitamin, so it is safe to take an additional b-complex and magnesium chloride.  The question really should be if you need to take these.  There are certain conditions for which it is a good idea to take a multivitamin or even higher dose vitamins/minerals/other supplement, but many people don't need to take anything additional over a healthy diet.

No.: if you ingest more vitamins b12 than you need, much is stored in the body, and the rest goes out in the urine. No problem.  That is true of all other vitamins too, except E, D A, and K.

: You do not tell us why you believe you have cancer.  Your vitamin B12  levels are fine.  Suggest you seek out your regular doctor and undergo a full physical exam, including blood tests, a chest X-ray, and possibly a colonoscopy.

Yes: In fact after a long period of Vitamin  B12 injections in pernicious anemia, iron level goes down so iron is needed . Vitamin C  actually increases iron absorption.

Although the risk to your health would be low, it&#x27;s hard to answer correctly without that info.
