Yes: They do not interfere with each other.I would pick one med or the other & only give as directed. Spend more time making sure the kid is hydrated than worring about fever.

: Yes, fever is the most common symptom of Covid-19 infection. You can take either Tylenol or Motrin for fever, sore throat and body ache but you should not take both together. However, you can take them alternatively if you want, 6 hours apart as needed. If you take Ibuprofen 200 mg OTC, you should take 2 tablets at a time with full stomach. I hope you were already vaccinated. Take care!

Yes: Tylenol (generic name: acetaminophen) and Motrin (generic name: ibuprofen) are different drugs, and can be taken together. Just make sure that you don't take more than the recommended dose of either drug, and that you don't take other medications (like cold medicines, or other pain medicines) that have Acetaminophen in them too. Also, avoid nsaids (like motrin) in pregnancy.

Tylenol/Ibuprofen: Yes as long as you dont overdose on them.  Maximum dose for tylenol (acetaminophen) is 4000mg/1day and 2400-3200mg/1 day for Motrin (ibuprofen).  Also make sure you take food with Motrin as this can cause GI upset/gastritis.

Yes: Cause its too much of the mild pain reliever
you need to see your dentist asap
and  call your doctor for stronger pain pills like norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen).

Either: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is an antipyretic so it is helpful with fever. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory  and  addresses both fever and inflammation. With stubborn fevers people often alternate tylenol (acetaminophen) (every 4 hours) and Ibuprofen (can be taken every 6 hours). Some people find one works better than the other for them. Be sure you are drinking well when taking ibuprofen.

In general yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) multi symptom has Acetaminophen (pain reliever and fever controller) and medications for cold/flu - Ibuprofen or Motrin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and is okay to take with tylenol, (acetaminophen) although you need to decide why you are taking these medications - pain, fever, stuffy, runny nose, etc - try to minimize the medication you take for the symptoms - talk with your pharmacist.

Typo?: Tylenol (acetaminophen) should be used every six hours, as should advil (400mg). If having bad aches or fevers / or both, offset dose times by 3 hours for one med. Ex.: tylenol (acetaminophen) @ 06, 12, 6p, mn and then advil at 09, 3p, 9p, 3a. If that uncomfortable, probably should see your dr. Or an urgent care.
