Allegra (fexofenadine) 12: If it's the 12 hour, yes.  You can take 60mg every 12 hours.

Ideally not: Presently the recommended upper limit of dosing for Allegra (fexofenadine) is 180 mg 1X/day.  If it's not really helping you, you should revisit this with your primary care doctor as you may respond better to another antihistamine or need something adding to this anti-allergy regimen to help you out. Better not: Nyquil has different formulations, all of them contain an antihistaminic as allegra (fexofenadine), (fexofenadine) and probably a decongestant as well like in allegra (fexofenadine) D / sudafed. Can be taken separately during the day, but not advisable. Kindly read the labels carefully and see your doctor if symptoms aren't controlled with self medicating. Allegra M: This product can be taken twice a day.  If you have a sinus infection with inspissated mucus, you need to promote mucus drainage by nasal irrigations with warm salt water and instilling nasal decongestant sprays. Steam may also loosen mucus trapped in sinus cavities. Effective antibiotics are also needed for most severe sinus infections. Allegra M is only an antihistamine.

Similar medicines: All of these medicines are antihistamines. Taking combinations of antihistamines increases the possibility of side effects. If antihistamines are not working at recommended doses see a doctor. You may need a different type of treatment for your problem.

Should be OK: Allegra is a second generation antihistamine, which typically are less likely to cause drowsiness.  Insomnia can be a side effect of the medication, but is very rare. There shouldn't be any reason why you can't take it at night unless it continues to keep you up and interferes with your sleep.
