Best not to: I'm not aware of any interaction with your meds but impure meth with unusual cutting compounds can be harmful to hearts.  Best to see a doctor if you're wanting advice re methadone as should be medically supervised if you are eligible for it

There should be no: affect on your medications absorption. The combination of those juices should have not affect on you either. There will be a moderate amount of fiber in the combination so some softening of your stools might be expected.

: I think you see a cardiologist for accurate diagnosis,advice &amp;appropriate treatment. Normally after a coronary event with heart muscle damage wel recommend no exertion for a period of time depending upon the degree of damage. Since trimix can cause dropping of blood pressure you shouldn't get this until your cardiac condition is considered stable. Often we perform a limited stress test first.

Absolutely not: You should follow up closely with your pcp and if not getting anywhere with control, see a specialist in the treatment of blood pressure such as a nephrologist or cardiologist or other physician with expertise.  You shold be screened or tested for secondary causes of hypertension.  Hypertention can be difficult to control for many reason and depends on many factors. Get it worked out soon.  2 impt.
