NO.: Aortic valve replacement in a patient with a bicuspid aortic valve may require repair of an ascending aortic aneurysm if present. Although valves are sewn in place the same, the location is totally different with particular anatomic differences. The mitral closes in systole and the aortic valve in diastole. For the mitral need to actually open the heart. For the aortic its done thru the aorta.

Yes: The aortic valve and the mitral valve are two completely different valves.  Whereas bicuspid aortic valve surgery usually requires replacement, the preferred approach to mitral valve surgery, unless for severe stenosis or severe mitral regurgitation in a minority of instances, is mitral valve repair.  A very experienced opinion is often required.

Depends: There are many options: repair, and replacement with mechanical and bio-prosthetic  (tissue) valves. Issues to discuss regarding valve choice included durability, need for re-operation, and anticoagulant etc. Occupation and lifestyle (and willingness to modify) has influence on decision too.  Valve pathology is another thing to weigh.

Valve replacement: The risks for valve replacement surgery are similar to but slightly higher than for bypass surgery.  Usually before surgery you will have a heart catheterization to evaluate for any coronary disease.  After that your surgeon can discuss with you the risks on the basis of which valve needs replacement, any vascular disease and how well your heart pumps.

Replacement of mitra: This is a common finding in tall, thin younger females and is often not symptomatic. Many never require surgery. If required, many surgeons are extremely adept.

These are different: Valvuloplasty is done for mitral stenosis (calcified valve not opening well). Essentially it is a balloon guided across the valve and opened, causing the valve to "crack" open, to allow flow through the valve. It is not an open heart surgery.
 Mitral valve replacement or mitral valve repair are heart surgeries to fix a very leaky valve or a very calcified valve that does not open well.

Variable: Each are used for different diseases.  It is preferable to repair a faulty heart valve if that is the sole problem with the heart function.

Safe with antibiotic: It is safe but you need to take prophylactic antibiotis during precedure for orthoptics.

Endocarditis?: Most of the time, the problem with a valve is "endocarditis" not encephalitis. Endocarditis is an infection of the valve and can lead to loss of valve function. If a prosthetic valve gets endocarditis, replacement of that valve is often necessary.
