Rectal bleeding: The most common causes are hemorrhoids or a fissure (a tear at the anal opening) likely caused by straining at the hard stool.
Try getting more fiber in your diet. Also sit up straight on the toilet and see if you can elevate your feet so that your bottom is in more of a squatting position.

Not necessarily: If you have an impaction of hard stools that is incomplete, only liquid stool can get by the plug of stool. The mistake is to take something to stop the "diarrhea" which will plug you up fast. Use a plain fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) or glycerine suppositories to make sure your rectum is empty before trying to control the diarrhea.

Loose  stool/constip: During constipation part of the stools  become fermented from intestinal bacteria  &amp; it becomes  loose , it usually comes out after the hard part of the stool, sometimes it leaks around it &amp; causes soiling.  I hope that  helps answer your question.  Try to control  your constipation with high fiber diet, prune juice,  plenty of fluids,  you can also try miniral oil or miralax (polyethylene glycol). I'm not sure..: ..what "constipation of loose stool" is?  I presume you mean you have loose stool, but infrequently.  Usually we think infrequent stool of constipation is hard and difficult to pass. The key is more fiber in your diet: whole grains, cereals, brown rice, veggies. This will solidify it. If this doesn't help, see your doc. Some testing for malabsorption may be in order. Continue good fluid intake.

Need to treat: I am skeptical that your sky high lead levels will drop with "natural" approaches.  See your doctor and start recommended protocol, as risk to you too high to experiment with unproven approaches.
