Accepted Answer

Yes: Albeit a weak answer....  Eye color can change during your lifetime due to a whole host i reasons.  So although at birth identical twins would theoretically have the same color eyes, that may change over time.

Accepted Answer

No: Eye color is complex, but blending of colors rarely occurs.  The main eye color (blue or brown) follows mendelian genetics with brown as dominant.  There is also a gene for brown color near the pupil.  The thickness of the iris determines shading as well but the genetics of this are not well studied.

Heterochromia Iridum: This is called heterochromia iridum. It means that one eye has more melanin (color pigment) in one eye vs. The other. It can be due to a variety of causes, but most commonly genetics.

using travatan for glaucoma in 1 eye.  is it alright to treat other eye without glaucoma to avoid possibility of having 2 different eye colors?

Sometimes: Travatan is in a class of eye drops that can occasionally darken the iris color.  Many glaucoma with a genetic component are bilateral and asymmetric. So in those cases it is reasonable to treat both. But with your ophthalmologist's approval.   If its a truly unilateral glaucoma, a different medicine can be considered.

Is it recent?: Some people are born with 2 different color eyes and it is only a cosmetic issue.If one eye(and i assume that you mean the iris color) is now darker or lighter it could be due to a melanoma, bleeding, iron particle in the eye, etc.This could represent a life threatening or eye threatening disease and you should  go to an ophthalmologist now.

Good one - no.: Although your question has metaphysical attributes, i would say that clearly cephalopagus conjoined twins are two genetically identical individuals fused at the head, but having separate brain anatomy and psyche.

Yes: After the first baby is out, there is more room for the second one to move. What ever position the second twin is in, it can flip and come down in some other position.

Breech : Breech delivery in and of itself is not usually associated with anoxia suficient to cause problems.  It sounds like you may have had other risk factors, (multiple birth and a difficult delivery).  You need to see a doctor who specializes in pediatric neurology or developmental medicine.

Dimples under eyes: Not denoting something special, you probably are comparing her to her twin sibling, if she is otherwise fine, don't worry, that's her looks. Born prematurely doesn't have a bearing, just ask her pediatrician to have a look in the next health maintenance visit, wish you all wellness
