However, I would strongly recommend that you speak with your medical provider about how to do this. It depends on who is HIV+ (female or male or both). There are ways to do this safely, so that the chance of transmitting HIV to the child is reduced. Would recommend seeing an HIV specialist that can discuss this further.

Unlikely: Nothing is impossible, but if in fact HIV was present and then disappeared it is more likely that you will win the lottery three times in a row.  Possibly in your system has no meaning.  It is like slightly pregnant. You are or are not.  If you are engaging in unprotected sex you need to be tested not only for HIV but for other STDs. Good luck.
