Not abnormal: Clots may be annoying but by themselves they do not mean anything important: clots happen when blood flows more slowly, that's all. If it continues to worry you see a doctor for an exam.

Need to be tested: If you have been having unprotected intercourse for 2 years without getting pregnant, it is probably a good idea to have some tests to find out why.  You may need to see a doctor who is familiar with infertility.  An Ob/Gyn could be the first step but a reproductive endocrinologist is the infertility specialist.  Best wishes!

Not this cycle: It is not likely that you conceived this cycle. It is possible that the clot represented an early miscarriage but it could have simply meant that she ovulated later this cycle so the cycle was longer. At this point there is no way to know. Pregnant?: You either got pregnant or did not ovulate on the Clomid (clomiphene) 200. I recommend a pregnancy test, if negative you can wait up to 1 month to see if your period starts. Good wishes to you.

: It could be either. Had you done a pregnancy test it was positive that you make it a miscarriage. Take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia.
