We are ttc. we had sex 5 times alternately during fertility window. her period is 3 days late but came on 4th day with 1 blood clot. conceive chances?

Not this cycle: It is not likely that you conceived this cycle. It is possible that the clot represented an early miscarriage but it could have simply meant that she ovulated later this cycle so the cycle was longer. At this point there is no way to know. Keep trying and don't forget to have fun while you are trying.Good luck
