Possibly, but: Have the doc check you.  Anxiety can manifest in many ways, including what you mention.  If there is no underlying medical cause then anxiety may be at the root of the situation. what is stress fracture of lower leg and how do you treat it?

Tiny bone breaks: Stess fractures come from repetative overuse of leg and foot muscles, which leads to small cracks in leg/foot bones. Beginning runners are prone to this. Older people with osteoporosis can get stress fractures too. Treatment can be a walking boot, or crutches, or a brace. Pain meds are more like tylenol (acetaminophen) than nsaids like advil or Aleve as they may (or may not) slow down bone repair.

i recently did a roofing job and stressed my knee somehow and my knee starts locking up and i can't bend it all the way and after the job is over my legs my lower leg starts swelling up on the left side and it's been swelled up for about 3 days now?

: Doppler ultrasound of the left leg should be done to rule out deep venous thrombosis (DVT). You can see your family doctor for the order or go to an urgent care if you do not have a family doctor.

A stress: fracture is an injury to the bone caused by repetitive microtrauma(for example, in the tibia from running).  A muscle knot is not a medical term, but could represent a muscle strain or possibly spasm.  So, a stress fracture is a bone injury, and a muscle "knot" is a muscle injury.

ive had two running related stress frac/stress reactions this year calcaneus fracture, fibular reaction and am just now getting back towards full mileage or so i thought and now my whole lower leg is really painful and i really dont know what to do?

Non weightbearing: Non weight bearing activity such as light cycling, swimming and weight lifting (while sitting and lying down).  Discuss with your doctor.  Will probably be able to gradually increase stress as symptoms resolve.  Dr l.

Dr. or ER can check: Shortness of breath or chest tightness is not normal, unless it is the mild temporary shortness of breath with sports activities (but even then, one must be sure she is not having more shortness of breath than her sports peers have). Possible reasons for shortness of breath include lung or heart disease, fluid around the heart or in the lungs, asthma, anxiety, costochondritis, etc...

i have a burning sensation in my left knee which radiates down my medial lower leg. how do i treat it?

May in fact: be your BACK ..that is a pinched nerve between the 4th and 5th LUMBAR vertebrae.....You should discuss with your Primary Care  (G.P etc) who may decide to obtain advanced imaging of your spine  ( eg: MRI)  Just a thought...hope it is helpful!
